Sequencer

Currently only a 16-cell-across 1-bar loop at 4/4 musical notation timing is what is present. The sounds are 16 sounds playable as static sounds. Future builds will make sound banks dynamically loadable either with complete freedom to load any short mp3 sample or with a predefined-kits option to select between a few handful of kits at a time.

The "BLINK" sequencer controls the Main VIS on the visualizer screen to make the lettering blink on-beat (according to the BPM setting) so that the visualization is rhythmic.

There are buttons to Pause the sequencer, Rewind the sequencer to the beginning, and Reset the sequencer cells to default gray (blank).

"Play & MP3" is a feature option to synchronize an MP3 from the MP3Player that is the same BPM (Beats Per Minute) as the currently-set BPM (a user defined setting) in the sequencer... and the MP3 and Sequencer both start "on the 1". You must use the "One Song" loop option to activate and play this feature.

Drum Pad

Currently there are only 16 static sounds, which are the same as those in the kit for the sequencer. They are grouped and laid out on the pads with my own "DJ THINK" playable layout setting (my own preference for layout—not alterable via drag-and-drop or any other method currently, but will be customizeable in future builds, hopefully).

There is a MINI DP SQ in development (it is currently broken) which records a 1 bar section of Drum Pad (DP) playback and sets it as a looping sequence with record and playback button controls in the toolbox.

You can launch Drum Pad as a resizeable overlay window for use with simultaneous playback during visualizations of other screens (multitasking interaction). For example, choose DP Win and set the menu to Visualizer to view the Main VIS or other "SoundKey" responsive vis's and drum away on DP Win to watch the vis Scaling interactively.

MP3 Player

There is a SONG LIST withe each song being clickable. The list is scrollable with Mouse-Wheel interaction and with an on-screen slider thumb. You can also scroll with the on-screen scroll arrows. The list is organized by a) normal beats, b) remix beats, c) Jimena songs, and d) DJ THINK featuring Saw Lady songs.

You can Play, Rewind (to previous track), Fast Forward (to next track), Pause, and Stop with buttons that replicate on all other screens of the 6 main menu items (not including Offline and Online Videos).

There is a Sequencer Volume Slider and an MP3Player Volume Slider.

There is a BPM Entry Field to adjust BPM with direct text string input, x2, /2, +.1, and -.1 increment and decrement button options. BPM controls Sequencer SPeed but is shown in all of the 6 aforementioned screensto match the MP3 songs that will be played in sync. BPM needs to be massaged during playback to keep accurate timing.

There is a unique search engine feature that is mostly useful in a potentially much larger (currently not large) song list.

There are "time elapsed" and "song length" dynamic string fields next to the title of the song, which is also a dynamically changing string text field.

There is a Line Graph which reflects Peak values of the MP3 Channel Volume, hence the name "LINEART CUSTOM MP3 PLAYER".

Drum Pad X

This Menu Sub App allows you to play back a Tess Henley THINK Drums Remix track and play it as a "chopped and trued" live play clip.

1. Playback the song...

2. Stop Playback and launch/load DrumPad X orange squares to play back the remix chopped into 16 sections along the Peak Value (Volume) Waveform. It is like a Maschine or MPC feature to chop audio and play it back live on the pads.
